The staff at Chân Mây Hotel are super cool! They're friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The owner and his wife were there during our stay and always had a smile on their faces. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very charming. The room was cute, clean, and had nice furniture and decorations. The view was breathtaking. They even let us use the kitchen and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. And all of this at a reasonable price? Chân Mây Hotel, you rock!
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location up in the village offered stunning views, and the staff, especially Manager Tom, made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the city and surrounding hills. Plus, the value for money was unbeatable. a great experience!
. The balcony was more like a walkway to the room, so there wasn't enough space for chairs or lounging.

The bathtub with high-pressure water was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the location provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area, especially during sunset.
The room did not meet our expectations. the room looked much nicer in the photos than in real life, and it was missing some essential items like a kettle and hairdryer, which would have been useful, especially during the cold nights.
